Eat Sleep Eat Sleep

I don't know about you but I am ready for the summer. Bring on the heat! If I didn't have any work or family obligations I would do exactly as the sentiment says: "Eat, Sleep, Eat Sleep". Now that is the life. The cute little scene was made with the Emma the Mermaid digital set from Fred She Said.

It's a Challenge!

Click here to see the new Pixie Dust Studio release.

On to our next Stash Challenge! For the last time, I wanted to see what you could do without any patterned papers...

This time, I'm going to the other extreme, and asking you to combine AT LEAST three different patterned papers, all from DIFFERENT manufacturers! For most of us that is not much of a challenge so lets see your entries. Still need Some Odd Girl inspiration, then head on over to the Some Odd Girl Blog for some wholesome goodness. I used the Mae as Alice image for my card today. I think she is
adorable. I am dying to see your fabulous creations and remember I'm not the most patient person so get going!

The Pearl Collection

Kathy at the Pixie Dust Studio has another amazing release. I think this one may be my favorite so far. The collection is called The Pearl and has lots of fun images including the one seen below. Isn't she adorable? And of course the coordinating challenge with the release is to use Pearls on your project. Head on over to the Pixie Challenge Blog for more inspiration and that's where you'll find Mr. Linky. And if you love these images as much as I do and are in the mood for a little shopping head on over to the store here.

Monogram Notebooks

I have to admit that I am so far behind I don't see the end in sight *LOL* Here's a very simple project that can be made in no time. I started with a couple of $1 mini notebooks from Michael's. I added a little ribbon and a Monogram from The Cutting Cafe. A quick print of a letter, a couple of easy punches and a little ribbon and that's it. Pretty simple, huh? Of course you could add a set of monogram cards to complete the set.

Don't waste the crumbs

It's time for another fun challenge. This week the DT at the Digital Tuesday Challenge is asking you to dig deep into that stash and pull out that VELLUM. It's been a long time since I've used vellum and honestly I wasn't even sure I had any. Luckily I found a couple of sentiments that had just enough space to cut out for my cookie wrapper. The cute images and cookie paper are from Tiddly Inks: the spot for cute digitals. I purchased the girl image, sentiment and cookie paper (pre-colored) as a set. The set is called Cookie Galore.

This week's sponsor is Ellie from Digital Stamp Oasis and she is offering 3 digital images to this week's winner. Head on over to the challenge blog for all the deets and for Mr. Linky.

Pixie Dust Studio FREEBIE!

It's Spotlight Monday at The TownScrapper - we have a fabulous mother-daughter GUEST duo- drop by and see what Phebe and Katrina have created!" Now for today's post:

Yesterday I showed you a close-up of a very cute new image from Pixie Dust Studio. Since it is release day I decided to show you the project that I made around the image. No boys here so I wasn't able to find a cute boy picture to add to my layout. The genuine boy sentiment is separate from the pocket image so you can use them together or separately. In other words, lots of possibilities.

I also wanted to show you the super adorable freebie available at the Pixie Dust Studio blog today. I can't wait to color in this little guy. Be sure to check out the PDS blog to catch him before he swims away. Also be sure to check out the On the Prairie collection. It is CUTE!!

A Pixie Dust Studio Sneak Peek

As many of you know I only have daugther's and struggle with the masculine themed cards. I did have a lot of fun with this sweet image from Pixie Dust Studio though. It's almost time for another fabulous release. Come back tomorrow to see the rest of my project. All I'll say is that it is something that I don't make very often and something I say I wish I could do more of. Any guesses?
