I love Basic Grey and I love Rachelle Anne Miller stamps. Together they make me very happy. Isn't she the cutest. I have to say that I never tire of stamping this little beauty or paper piecing her clothes. I really need order some of these stamps but am trying to limit myself. It definitely hasn't been easy.

I thought I'd show you a close up version of Lily. For those of you who are very familiar with this stamp I cut off the little birdie on top of her head. It was cute but wasn't quite the right look for what I was going for. To those of you who have RAM stamps enjoy them, for those of you who don't what are you waiting for?

Odd Bird Planet - January 2009 Release

Isn't this set adorable? The images are from Odd Bird Planet and they won't be released until January. You can't tell by looking at it but this started off as a digital image. I printed it out on my printer on several different pieces of paper and paper pieced it together. I adhered a so saffron layer inside the card with the Thanks a Birdie Bunch sentiment that came with the set. The birds are actually popped up with dimensionals. I think gnomes are the new in thing. They definitely have my attention.

Grateful

One of my new neighbors surprised me with a jar of homemade applesauce. It was delicious and so much better than store bought. Here's the thank you card that I plan on giving her. Although I didn't photograph the inside I ended up adhering a piece of white cardstock on the inside and stamped an apple on the lower right hand corner. I hope she likes it.

Spring Solitude

I guess I've been in the floral mood. I guess that's what can happen when you make several cards in a day. This one was made with Stampin Up's Spring Solitude set. It's a nice set for all occassion cards as it can be dressed up or kept simple as you see here.

Thinking of You

Switching gears to a set that I rarely use, All Year Cheer from Stampin Up. I think its one of those sets that I keep forgetting I have. Its also because all of my scrapbooking/cardmaking supplies are in various totes, still waiting to be unpacked and put in a proper spot. Unfortunately my craft room isn't finished yet, in fact its a long way from that. So I find myself only using things that are readily available. Mind you I have quite the collection of things, just limited access to them.

Boo!

Here's another Halloween card. This time I used the ghost stamp by D.R.S. Designs and the boo sentiment from Martha Stewart. I added a couple of googlie eyes because that just makes it all the more fun and a bat embellishment. A little ribbon and that's it. A quick and simple but cute card.

Paper: Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, Reminsce DP
