Welcome to another Digital Tuesday challenge! We are challenging you to make "Anything But A Card" This can be a bag or a box, a scrapbook page, an ATC etc. Anything you like as long as it's not a card. I used the cute Round Belly Robot for my treat bag which started off as a card (see next photo). I didn't have time to create a new project so I had to quickly convert one that was done in a pinch. Have I mentioned that I LOVE digi's? I was able to size this little cutie to fit my needs.

I thought I'd share a project I made with digital images from i {heart} papers. I used the Raccoon Flowers image and paired it up with the Fun Filled Forest designer paper from Sassafras Lass. I'm trying to use circles more so I reached for the Classic Scalloped Circle by Nestabilities. Looking at it now I wish I would have made the entire card into a circle. I might have to re-vamp this at some point.

Here's the first part of my "Fred She Said" creation:

I started out with the Emma the Mermaid Coloured Set which came with a pre-coloured underwater background and several accessories. I re-sized my background to 6 inches in width and to make things really simple I resized the coloured sheet (included in the set) also to 6 inches so that all the images were resized at the same time. Then all I had to do was cut out the images and prep them for the background. My girls will definitely have fun creating their own scenes.

Here's what the background scene looks like when the accessories are added. If you want to really get more bang for your buck you can apply 2 way glue to the back of the accessory images or use removable tape so the images can be removed and applied again and again.

Pass the Peas and DT call

It's time for another great Pixie Dust Studio release and challenge. This week's challenge is to use the color GREEN as the MAIN color. Easy Peasy *LOL* Who knew peas could be so much fun. This month's release can be used several ways. The obvious choice is for baby cards but would be adorable for scrapbooking those fond memories of our sweet babies eating their veggies, messy faces and all. A True Friend

I thought I'd share another card that I made last month but never posted. I have a stack of cards that never made it on the blog.....times are rough I tell ya! Anyway I used the Corner Rose set from Fred She Said. The roses are pre-colored with 7 different colors to choose from. I wanted to use up some of my old Stampin Up paper stash so I went with the pink and purple roses this time around. I then added a little sentiment and ribbon and that was it. Pre-colored items are a breeze to work with and come in handy when you have to make a card on the fly (which I do quite often). If you haven't tried the pre-colored images yet head on over to FSS and take a look around. Lots to choose from and you don't even have to tell Tracey that I sent ya!

Happy Birthday

Hi and welcome to another Digital Tuesday Challenge! This week's Challenge is 'Paper Piecing with Digitals!' Paper Piecing is a great way to add interest to your card and an even better way to use up your designer paper scraps and/or cardstock. Rather than coloring her hair with Copics I decided to use a scrap piece of Barely Banana cardstock. After I cut out the hair piece I ran it through my Cuttlebug to give it a little texture. I used the Birthday Girl set designed by Chi Chi Memories and My Grafico.

Meet Anabelle

I am finally getting around to posting this card. I used one of the images from the In the Meadow collection from Pixie Dust Studio. This little cutie's name is Anabelle and she's 100% digital so you know I love her.

Chicken Girl Design Release

In case you haven't heard yet, Chicken Girl Designs has gone digital and I am glad they did. Here's one of the 3 new releases available from i {heart} papers and Chicken Girl Designs. Its called Spring Giraffe. Click here to view the April Collection. If you are not familiar with CGD and would like to see what they have to offer here's the key. Now onto my card. I used several items from IHP including Sassafras Lass designer paper, Blue Satin Ribbon, Felt Flowers and a Lemonade Glazed Brad. If you haven't visited IHP in awhile there are lots and lots of new items to choose from including Copic markers and every color refill and the best thing is that you can find it all in one place. I love that.

It's time for a style challenge with Some Odd Girl and boy do we have a sketch for you to try. For my card I decided to use this month's digital freebie. Autism Awareness

GOOD FRIDAY MORNING! This week, we have something special planned - most of you are probably already aware that April is Autism Awareness Month, and we Scrapettes wanted to do something to honor the occasion.

So we're happy to bring you a puzzle-themed challenge, and you are welcome to interpret that any way you'd like! We just want to see something puzzle-related on your lovely creations.

A Color Challenge

This week's Digital Tuesday Challenge is a Color Combination and the colors are Blue and White + 1. As usual you must use at least one digital image and the project must be a new one.

As for my card its really blue, white +2 (red and brown) but who's counting? Not me. The cute boy image is from Some Odd Girl and is called Snow Fight Kody. Originally he had a snow ball in his hand but I decided to change it up a bit so I cut out a fire truck from the designer paper and ended up making it a birthday card instead of a winter card.
